Marketing Suite for a Residential Development in Balmain

To be retrofitted into a main street shopfront, this marketing suite had to reflect the crisp contemporary lines of the residential project it was intended to market.

The space inherited could not have any significant structural alterations and so we had to space plan the disparate functions within this shell to achieve a successful outcome.

Functions included entry from street, reception workstation, display panels, client seating, lifestyle panels and materials selection boards and office space as well as a model of the development as a centerpiece.

Custom joinery and a banquette seating feature helped to link the two front rooms and guide potential buyers into the main space for inspection of the model. Lighting the exhibited materials was crucial, and a flexible low-voltage track system was specified to this end.

As a temporary lease, the space has since been let to a Hairdressing Salon, which retains much of the fitout and lighting.

Outcome : The design quality of the Development Project was elegantly reinforced via the Suite design and all aspects of the development carefully presented to potential buyers.
