Glenmore Road, Paddington 1993-2014: Adaptive Re-Use Continues

We were first appointed architects for these buildings to renovate a deceased estate in 1993. After 20 years of successful operation as a market research consultancy by Stancombe Research & Planning, the building is now being converted by us as for retail use for new clients. This involves new additions to the street frontage and additional retail areas to the rear. Office accommodation is retained on the upper levels and the proposal is currently with Woollahra Council for DA approval.

Adaptive Re-Use in Paddington

We are excited to be retained by the new owners to continue the architectural re-invention of this double fronted terrace in a significant gateway location in Paddington.
