Problem

A young family of five using one dark,
outdated 1980’s bathroom and with only a small window of opportunity to build.
Opportunity

An existing exterior recess on the side
of the house was used to insert a new bathroom and second toilet. An
opportunity existed to add new windows at a high level for privacy but also to
increase natural light.
