Penrith City Council : Wagon Pavilions Nearing Completion

Our project for Penrith City Council is nearing completion on site. Superstructure is complete and the essential built form can now be appreciated. Council and builder John Cooper of Westco have worked hard to maintain the design intent and use of recycled materials. Main timber posts are recycled telegraph poles to relate to the existing Rotary Funded “log cabin” A few more weeks work and 3 historic wooden wagons will be gracing the completed building.

VIVID : Sandstone Re-Imagined

Vivid Sydney transformed our vision of these 2 Sandstone Icons of Sydney’s Sandstone Heritage recently. The art deco original MCA facades were re-imagined as a De Stijl/Lego assemblage and the Gothic Revival Northern Facade of the Quadrangle at Sydney University had stunning overlays of Organic & Aboriginal Motifs

Office accommodation is retained on the upper levels and the proposal is currently with Woollahra Council for DA approval. We are excited to be retained by the new owners... Read The Rest →

Great to see this festival concept go from strength to strength.Inspired by the Bundesgartenshau (State Garden Shows ) of 1960’s West Germany, these festivals now celebrate Landscape Architecture, horticulture and public art in an exciting global demonstration of ideas. (We had a blast designing the Restaurant Pavilions for the Liverpool UK event as one of our early projects.)
