The fit-out of our Rose Bay Commercial Project is now complete. The whole space was striped back to the bones and sympathetically refurbished with new air-con,lighting, electrics & data along with kitchen and toilet updates. A full suite of building code compliance work was also implemented.

This residential project consists of major upgrades to Living , Kitchen & Bathroom areas of a Federation House in Inner West Sydney. Holistic Space Planning studies resulted in a relocation of the Kitchen towards the garden area and the former kitchen area, within the original house volume, being re-designed as a more intimate TV Lounge. The latest images from our 1930’s Country House project in East Sussex, UK. The formal living room is featured here with a small purpose-designed cocktail bar at one end. To ensure this element did not dominate the room, we lowered the floor level at the rear bar and sourced low feature seats infront to allow similar eye level contact between front and rear.
